Theatre of Terror 2013

South Pasadena’s Fremont Centre Theatre was was once a mortuary, and folklore still speaks of the building being haunted today.  Theatrical plays are regularly performed in the small theater located inside this building, which is where family members once gathered to view their deceased.  This October, Evil Twin Studios invites you to experience the most terrifying haunt of the season, the Theatre of Terror!

This haunted attraction is a fundraiser for the South Pasadena Arts Council (SPARC).  SPARC provides interactive art projects, visual and performing arts programs, and collaborations with local businesses, the South Pasadena Unified School District and community organizations.   SPARC is open to all artists, actors, musicians, playwrights, directors, producers, set designers, costume designers, dancers, singers, storytellers, writers, art lovers, art patrons, and anyone who wants to help the arts survive and thrive in South Pasadena.

Tickets are also available to a private costume party (and yes, costumes are required for entry) on Friday October 18th from 6:30 to 11:00pm.  You’ll be able to meet the haunt team, and get an exclusive backstage tour of the haunt with the lights on.  Then, you’ll get to party in the graveyard with food and beverages provided by Haunt Dawgs, and spooky desserts provided by Sweets by Jenny.  All proceeds from ticket sales for this event will also support the South Pasadena Arts Counci.
